I have been the primary litigation attorney for most all of the cases in the law firm of Eschwig & Gustin, even when there were other attorneys working in said firm. Two of those Attorneys, that worked for me at one time or another, went on to become a Superior Court Commissioners, and Fred Foss, a fellow classmate of mine from Glendale College of Law, is still practicing in San Luis Obispo, primarily in the areas of Criminal and Civil Law. I have had one legal secretary and two law clerks that have become attorneys. I have tried numerous jury trials in several counties throughout California. I have practiced law in approximately half of the counties in California and have been able to draw on the different policies from said counties.

My staff is experienced in the area of assisting my clients in obtaining proper medical treatment and helping my clients become a well person after having been injured by the acts of another.
