I average at least one Family Law contested hearing a month and often have five or six of the same. I also am authorized to appear in the Juvenile Courts in both San Luis Obispo County and Monterey County. I have been the primary litigation attorney for most all of the cases in the law firm of Eschwig & Gustin, even when there were other attorneys working in said firm. Two of those attorneys went on to become a Superior Court Commissioners. I have had one legal secretary and two law clerks that have become attorneys.

I have tried numerous jury trials in numerus counties throughout California as well as a thousands of Family Law and Juvenile Law Cases, which are not entitled to a Jury, but all of which were litigated before a Superior Court Judge.

I have practiced law in approximately half of the counties in California and have been able to draw on the different policies from said counties to keep abreast of the current laws for all of California.
