I have tried numerous felony jury trials in several counties throughout California. One of my criminal law successes involved sixteen (16) defendants in a "drug ring" case. After a Grand Jury indictment hearing on the case, the Grand Jury returned an indictment against all sixteen suspects; and bail was set at One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) for each of said defendants, including the one that I was appointed to represent. Only one of said defendants was successful in getting a bail reduction, (not the one I was representing), and only three were successful in getting the indictment set aside before the Honorable Judge Christopher G. Money, of which I was one of same.

I have tried hundreds of Misdemeanor cases and have appeared in the Criminal Courts several thousand times as well as trying thousands of traffic cases. Thus, my experience in Criminal Law is very extensive as a litigator.
